Refund Policy

At Rolling Suds of Boise, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to deliver high-quality residential and commercial power washing services, and we want you to feel confident in choosing us.

If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. Our team will review your concerns, inspect the area, and offer a free re-cleaning if necessary to meet our service standards.

Refunds may be granted only when the service was not completed as agreed, or when a re-cleaning cannot reasonably resolve the issue. All refund requests must include details and photos for verification. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces

• Conditions caused by weather or structural issues

• Areas that are unsafe or inaccessible

• Unrealistic expectations beyond normal cleaning results
